  • All orders require 1–3 business days for processing.
  • Custom wigs or special-order units may require 3–7 business days, depending on complexity.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer reliable shipping within the United States and internationally.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Delivery time starts after the order has been processed.

3. Tracking Information

  • All orders come with a tracking number.
  • Tracking details will be automatically sent to your email once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • Pewamen’s Hair is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery disputes.
  • For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Signature Requirement

For security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery — especially high-value items.

7. International Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
